Relaxing Family Christmas

My children, their spouses and I spent Christmas week at Pinnacle View and had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as shown on the website and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday. We were close to all of the sites in Pigeon Forge that we wanted to visit, including Dollywood, Dolly Parton's Stampede, the outlet mall, restaurants and shopping areas. Our days were pretty active and it was so nice to have a comfortable place to spend our evenings. The living area was large enough to all gather around the dining room table for dinner and to play cards and games (late into the night). The staff at Pinnacle View was friendly and helpful and answered our calls quickly and efficiently. We were also very impressed with the how clean the property was. We would definitely recommend Pinnacle View to anyone traveling to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

Labor Day 2018

The family had a wonderful time driving around SMNP and the surrounding area. The rental unit was conveniently located to area attractions.

Very nice place

The place is very clean and had more than we expected. The amenities listed on the Airbnb ad were limited. However, it does have a washer and dryer, iron, dishwasher, dishes, some cookware and soaps/shampoos. The location is close enough to town and very close to Dollywood. The only issue we had was the TV in the main room does not change channels. So, if CNN is your cup of tea, you’ll love it. It also does NOT hook to WiFi so we couldn’t watch Netflix. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there so television would’ve been a nice feature. Also, the people on the second floor were so loud and had some young kids. It sounded like they were in our place and you could hear them running and screaming. Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely stay again.

Christmas vacation with my children

Had an awesome time. Beautiful scenery . Good food . Look forward to coming back again soon but on the bottom floor this time because it was very hard for me to get up two flights of stairs with my condition . The staff was very helpful .

Pinnacle View 7A Spring Break 2016

Very nice place. Great view and it was nice to sit outside on the deck and enjoy it. Very spacious 3 bedroom condo, and it was a nice surprise to see that the outdoor pool was enclosed so we could still enjoy it during the cooler months.Our only issue was that the deck and chair were all covered in dust or pollen and had to be wiped down before we could enjoy them, but many plants and trees were in bloom so it's not too surprising.
