This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Good stay but needs attention by owning company
This was a family vacation with our 3/4 kids, their spouse/girlfriend/fiancé, and grandkids. Overall experience was good. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to accommodate all families. Wished there was a view of the mountains instead of the trees. Some things that need attention at this cabin: 1) chairs on the deck off the main floor need a lot of maintenance. They are falling apart. 2) deck boards need looked at. Some are getting weak. 3) door to the main level deck is warped, hard to close/open. 4) light above the stovetop is out. 5) door to the main suite is missing a screw on top hinge causing the door to sag which means it has to be lifted to close properly. 6) light in light pole by stairs is out. 7) couch and chair on main level are getting worn out. Spring showing on back of chair. 8) operating TVs was difficult as some remotes worked and some didn’t. One bedroom TV was stuck on Hallmark channel. Remotes need to be labeled and all TVs/cable need to be same in every room. 9) add more measuring cups to the kitchen.

Beautiful condo in need of maintenance
Location and condo are awesome. However, maintenance needs to be done. We arrived didn’t have enough towels. The dryer barely dries and makes a screeching sound while it’s drying. The dishwasher was broken. There was no round plate in the microwave so could only place things in the corner. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags. But location and unit were so awesome that these maintenance issues were simply inconveniences
Standing Bear house
Everything about this house was just what we needed except that there isn't enough furniture in the living room. One couch and one chair for 10 to 18 people. We had only five, but we didn't have enough seating. Otherwise, great place, great location.
