Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Enjoyed the stay greatly
Love coming to the mountains. This cabin is located near enough to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville to be able to do things in any of the three. House good size and had what we were looking for.

Our stay was amazing! Check in and check out was very simple and the cabin was beautiful and well kept.
Enjoyed our stay
We loved it .. we came for the Jeep invasion and stayed a few extra days. There is so much to do just not enough time to see everything. The only downfall was the hot tub it didn’t go above 95 due to a part that was ordered and didn’t come til day 6 of our week stay. Thank you again for letting our dogs have the opportunity to come with us.
