Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the HikingintheSmokys.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Jim and Paulette were great. The cabin/house was perfect for our family trip.
Beautiful spacious stay
The company communicated well with us. Our original cabin had a problem so they quickly got us a new cabin. An upgrade for no extra charge for that matter. Our cabin was clean and set beautifully in the woods. The hot tub was AMAZING. Only issue we had (which is no big deal to us) was our water heater was too small and we couldn't fill up our jacuzzi. Other than that it was beautiful and we will definitely be using this company again for future stays!

very amazing! loved our cabin only problem we had was the trash was still plum full in trashcans and couldn't get to answer from anybody or help about what we was supposed tondo
