great cabin with an amazing view!

Cabin was cozy and very clean. Great size for 2-4 people. Bed was a little stiff, but didn’t bother me too much! There were so many of the brown lady bugs, especially in the bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Not sure if that was due to time of the year or if the bugs are attracted to wood?

5 stress free nights

The house is very beautiful and cozy. Very well kept and clean. All essentials were available including towels, all kitchen items The view from the deck is wonderful and so relaxing. Spend a night in the hot tub and enjoy the Milky Way clear as day. We encountered a family of black bears on the road one evening!! Highly recommended for a small family looking to relax for a few days. 20 minute easy ride to downtown Gatlinburg. 5 mins to great local restaurant Trisha’s Diner. Great food and prices. 5 mins to Climbworks where they have zip lining and a mountain bike trail. And only 10 mins to the main supermarket. Stayed here 5 nights and would do it again

Our July stay

We stayed here for 4 nights in July and absolutely loved it. The view of the mountains from the porch was gorgeous. Inside of the house was clean and lovely as well. We particularly enjoyed the book created that included the history of the area. It’s a short drive to main attractions and the Gatlinburg fun. Area was quiet. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Comfortable with a great view

The cabin was comfortable, cozy and well stocked. The view was fabulous! It was a wonderful place to retreat to at the end of a day of activity. We really enjoyed mornings on the deck watching the sunlight on the mountains. It was a very peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg but still close enough to easily get to any hiking or attractions we were interested in.

Good location, not very good cabin itself.

Good location, nice mountain views. The cabin itself was average in terms of quality of interior, appliances, amenities, furniture. Beds were very creaky, indoor games were old and worn out.
