Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Get back to God’s Country

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful with all the comforts of home. Although we didn’t watch much TV a few more channels would be nice. Also more towels and wash cloths. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to get away for a beautiful restful vacation. We plan on coming back next year.

Beautiful and relaxing cabin.

Beautiful cabin and views. Really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of walking, Nothing like getting in the hot tub when it is 34 degrees outside. Wife loved the fireplaces, very unique two sided fireplace. Very quiet and relaxing. This was our 35 year anniversary and Tender Moments was exactly what we needed. Decor in cabin (plaques) set if off. Very well maintained and only problem which was minor was fixed in a hour.

Great cabin.

The cabin was very nice. It was beautifully built with the log cabin look. The layout of the cabin was very comfortable and enjoyable. The only problem that we had was locating the property. We used our GPS and it had us turn too soon. The area around the cabin was not the most appealing.
