Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the HikingintheSmokys.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Nice, quiet, secluded cabin. The inside was nicely updated and clean. The road to the cabin is a little steep and the turn into the driveway is really sharp but that was the only problem with the cabin.

Clean cabin!!
Amazing!! Beautiful scenery and very clean inside! Fawn cabin could definitely use a new mattress since that one was definitely rough to sleep on. The driveway is a little scary to back out of and the outside could use better lighting, but over all a lovely vacationing spot!!

Wonderful cabin. Nice get away. The mattress could be alittle more comfortable but will definitely be back !
